Your table, sent for.

Serviette is a private envoy service for Miami’s finest dining rooms. Tell us where and what. A suited envoy orders it at the counter, pays, and brings it to your door with the receipt.

Toujours à votre service.

Three steps, one envoy.

No menus to scroll and no driver lottery. You speak to a concierge, and one person carries your order from the pass to your door.

  1. 1

    Name the restaurant

Choose from our curated dining rooms or any restaurant in Miami-Dade. Write the order the way you’d tell a waiter, and set a spending limit.

  2. 2

We order it as your envoy

Your concierge confirms with the kitchen and texts the order back to you. Your envoy collects it, pays at the counter and photographs the receipt.

  3. 3

    It arrives, sealed

A black sedan, a suited envoy and a lacquered case opened only by you. Lunch or dinner, at the time you chose.

Choose how it arrives.

Every order comes with an envoy. What happens at your door is up to you.

Envoy

Door to door

Your order is collected, paid for and handed over in a sealed Serviette case.

Maître d’

Plated and presented

Your envoy lays linen, plates each dish on Serviette porcelain and clears when you’re done.

By the evening

Four hours, at your disposal

Several restaurants, a wine shop, a wait for a late table. Your envoy stays until you release them.

The terms

You pay what the restaurant charged. Nothing hidden on top.

There’s no markup on the food. You pay the receipt exactly as printed, one service fee and the round trip to the restaurant. We hold your spending limit when you order and release whatever we don’t use.
